Moksha Academy of Dance (M.A.D.) is not only a school of dance, it is a concept of life. Born out of the desire to bring together talent from across the dancing community, it is linked to the ancient Hindu culture.
Moksha is a Sanskrit word, which in Vedic philosophy means liberation and in its logical form refers to freedom from ignorance: self-realization and self-knowledge.
M.A.D.’s aim is to motivate and promote the essence of dancing among those who aspire to achieve a state of fulfilment and joy that music and dance brings. It wants to make people free through their body, through their movements and through the music.
M.A.D. is a Cork-based family whose members are spread all over the world.
The idea of M.A.D. has been growing in his founder’s mind for several years, now the time for making it real has arrived. Pratheesh Kumar, together with his team, is working hard to realize his Moksha dream; step by step the Academy will become the dancing heart of Cork and beyond.
Moksha Team is made of passionate people who love dancing and are involved in the school to make other people aware of the soul and body and the well-being that dancing can bring.
Moksha organizes regular courses of Bachata Sensual as well as ad hoc projects and events. Classes can be organized as well as team-building activities.

Agnieszka has trained in various dance forms like Zouk Lambada, Bachata Sensual, Swing and has been a teacher for last 2 years.
